Special Food for Special Kids: A Team Approach to Accommodating Food Allergies and Special Diet Needs was presented April 23, 2008 by Todd Adelman. Mr. Adelman, who has served as Director of Nutrition Services for Block Institute since 1986, is also a speaker, author, and award-winning chef.
