Control Costs with Inventory Management - New Online Course

The desired outcome of any School Nutrition Program is to limit inventory to avoid tying up operating funds. The purpose of this course is to train the school nutrition director, school nutrition manager, and school nutrition assistant to develop systems and procedures to manage inventory effectively in order to control costs.
